All our products are designed to a high standard, however, naturally, some lines do cost more to manufacture than others. The price of a chair can be affected by the thickness of its metalwork, as well as the quality of finish. Brushed steel chairs are hand-finished, and so these can cost more than chrome chairs. Similarly, a chair’s upholstery can affect its price, as can additional features like stitch detailing, buttons, and studs.

The chair I want is not in stock, what are my options?

If the chairs that you want are not in stock, you have a number of choices. You can order and pay for your chairs, and we will despatch them for next-day delivery as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. Alternatively, you can use the ‘Email me when in stock’ button on the product’s listing page. We will notify you when the product is back in stock, and you can then place your order.

Can I order a single dining chair?

Yes, the vast majority of our chairs can be bought as single items, unless it is otherwise stated on the individual product detail page.

Do your chairs require assembly?

The majority of our chairs are pre-assembled, however some do require a very small amount of assembly. We have tried to make this process as simple as possible, and we have provided any tools that you may need. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Team, who will be more than happy to talk you through the process.

I ordered more than one item, why has only one box been delivered?

Most of our chairs are packaged as two per box, and we often package the seats and the legs in separate boxes to protect the product during transit. If you have not received your full order please contact customer services.

I’ve received my order, where can I find the chair legs?

For chairs that require assembly, we sometimes store the legs within the seat for shipment purposes and to reduce the risk of damage to the product in transit. The legs may be stored inside the zipped lining on the underside of the seat pad. If you are missing part of your order, contact our customer service team.

How do I level my wooden dining chair?

Any levelling problems you may have can usually be resolved in the way the chair is assembled. An easy way to do this is to loosely tighten all the screws first, then position the chair on the floor that you intend to use it on and finish tightening the screws completely. If you require further assistance please give our customer service team a call.
