We offer FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY to Mainland UK customers, using DPD’s groundbreaking 15-minute “Follow My Parcel” service, where customers receive an EMAIL & TEXT on the morning of delivery with a 1 HOUR expected delivery slot. As the driver makes their way to you, this becomes a 15-MINUTE time slot. You can track the driver’s progress in real time via an interactive web map on your smartphone, computer or tablet, which counts down deliveries as your order makes its way to you. Together with DPD, we aim to make home delivery easier and more efficient than ever before.

Our standard next-day delivery service within the UK mainland ensures that you will receive the goods the next working day. This service is absolutely FREE of charge, simply place your order before 3pm.

The Saturday delivery service will ensure that you receive the goods between 8am and 5pm the following Saturday providing you place your order before 3pm. The cost of the Saturday delivery service is £14.99 Inc. VAT for the total service. Unfortunately, Saturday deliveries are only available for the UK mainland.

Providing optimum flexibility, our Sunday delivery service is ideal for those who work during the week. To receive your order between 8am and 5pm on Sunday, ensure you place your order by 3pm on the Friday before. The cost of the Sunday delivery service is £14.99 Inc. VAT for the total service. Sunday deliveries are only available for UK mainland orders.

A working day is referred to as Monday to Friday. Orders placed before Friday 3:00pm will be delivered on Monday and after 3.00pm the following Tuesday. Orders placed on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

As standard, you will receive an email and text on the day of delivery with an estimated time of arrival. Orders are despatched on the Thursday following your purchase, with delivery taking 5 to 7 business days to Mainland UK. We offer a great TWO WORKING DAY delivery service to the UK Offshore Islands, Northern and Southern Ireland and the Channel Islands, delivering Monday to Friday all at great discount rates. We send all our orders using DPD, and, if you order before 3pm, we’ll despatch your order that same day. We’ll send you an email once we’ve shipped your order, and you’ll be able to track its progress on DPD’s website.

We’re pleased to be able to deliver to all of the UK Offshore Islands, including the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Wight and the Scottish Offshore Islands, in two working days. Once despatched, deliveries to these regions can be tracked using DPD’s website.

Customers in Guernsey and Jersey can track their order on DPD’s website, and delivery to these islands takes just two working days. We’ll automatically deduct VAT from your order when you select Guernsey or Jersey at the checkout. The cost of delivery also excludes VAT.

Delivery to Northern Ireland takes just two working days, and you can track your order’s progress through DPD’s website. You’ll receive a text and an email from DPD on the morning of delivery, notifying you of your one-hour delivery slot, so you won’t have to wait in all day.

Delivery to Southern Ireland takes just two working days, and you can track your order’s progress through both DPD’s website and their mobile app. We will automatically deduct the UK VAT from your order when you select Southern Ireland at the basket or checkout page, the cost of delivery also excludes VAT – this is in accordance with the recent Brexit Transition.

Once we have dispatched your order and prior to your delivery, DPD will contact you via email and or SMS with details of the amount of Irish VAT / Duty due, along with a link to their Secure Payment Portal for you to make payment as seen below. Making the duty payment as quickly as possible will help ensure your delivery is not delayed whilst on its way to you.
