For so long I’d been browsing for matching dining chairs and barstools for our new kitchen and finally found them! And a bargain price too!! I matched these barstools with the ‘Dawn’ dining chairs. I have used this company twice now, with the same result. Excellent service, excellent product. We ordered 2 stools which arrived the next day; one of the bases had slight transit damage. I informed customer service of this in the afternoon, and the new base arrived following morning! The issue was resolved within hours, with courtesy and unnecessary apologies. If only all firms gave such service.
