Have ordered stools from Atlantic before and been very happy with the quality/price. Ordered two more stools but there were a couple of issues with some parts. Sent an email at the weekend and on the Monday I received a call to discuss my options and make arrangements for replacement parts to be sent. Exceptional service which (perhaps unfairly) wasn't expected given poor customer service that seems to exist generally. Very difficult to speak to a real person at all these days! Credit where due!

Arrived on time and packaged well. Assembly was straightforward. Colour of seat was important and they match our new kitchen very well. Very good value for money and we hope the faux leather material will survive with daily use.
