Covid-19 (Updated - 2nd September)

Dear Atlantic Shopping Customers,

After reopening online on Tuesday 5th May and now more than four months on, we are very pleased to say that things are going well and the business is running as usual. We are successfully despatching orders using our Free Next Day Delivery Service, stock deliveries are arriving daily and we have launched new products to our extensive range.

With the welfare of our workforce in mind we have implemented new social distancing measures across all departments. Our sales and customer service departments are now fully open so please don’t hesitate to telephone us on 0121 230 1644 or email – we are here and ready to help you find the perfect Bar Stools and Dining Chairs for your home.

Unfortunately, our much-admired showroom, will continue to remain closed for the foreseeable future, but we will keep you updated on this as the health situation improves.

COVID-19 Past History

After a lot of thought and careful consideration, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we temporarily closed all aspects of Atlantic Shopping from the 23rd March 2020. We had hoped to re-open and resume deliveries on 15th April 2020 however the UK Government lockdown was extended. During this time, our website remained online, however our customer service team and delivery services were unavailable until we reopened on the 5th May.

The safety and wellbeing of all our customers and staff was of the utmost importance and we felt that in doing this, we were taking the necessary and responsible step in helping to protect all those around us. We hope that you can understand the reason for this difficult decision and are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

For now, we would like to thank all our customers for their continued support and wish you all stay safe and well. We look forward to seeing you again.
