Happy with chairs which arrived in allocated delivery slot and were child's play to put together (5-year-old helped). So far, cat and child proof! Very padded and comfortable to sit on, sufficiently lightweight to move around and cream colour is as expected - ivory colour; matches exactly with cream blinds in same room. We have already had ball point pen on ours - easily removed with some alcohol on cotton wool ball (dab to dissolve, then wipe with damp cloth). Similar chairs still £10 more expensive each elsewhere (on sale) so good value for money here inc free next day delivery. Happy with overall experience and will order from the site again.
