Ordering online was very easy. Delivery was the following day..so super quick. Chair was purchased to go with bistro table in my small conservatory so needed somthing compact which it is. Also quite light to move .Legs were stored in the seat of the chair and were easy to assemble. The chair has a straight back so not suitable for slouching in. Pleased with my purchase.
