Modern Seat With Arms
The comfortable padded seat is covered entirely in black faux leather, and has dynamic C-shape armrests to either side, giving further impact. The cushion and supportive backrest are detailed with buttons stitched into the surface, giving a luxurious, quilted look reminiscent of a Chesterfield style armchair.
Gas Lift Adjustable Frame
The metal frame below is plated in contrasting chrome, with a circular footrest and base complete with integrated floor guard. A gas lift mechanism provides variable height and 360 degree swivel, making access to the seat all the easier when at a bar table or bar counter.

Extemely comfy supportive relaxing chair, possibly because it is large. We have limited space at breakfast bar for getting on and off chair and would love to buy another but not sure if we have space, having the option of castors would solve our problem, hint hint! Otherwise fab. Love it. Very easy to assemble. Last month bought typist type chair (from another firm) for breakfast bar, no comparison what so ever, wish I'd never seem them now I've sat in the POLARIS

Having shortlisted several chairs on the site, we decided the only way to be sure of a comfy chair was to take the 2 hour drive to the showroom which was well worth the visit as most of the chairs are there to try out.
The Polaris wasn't initially on our list but after spending over an hour trying all the chairs we felt that this was by far the most comfortable and good looking chair although it is very large (to give an idea we have 4 chairs on a 1.4m x 2.0m island, we could have fitted 5 at a squeeze).
The customer service and delivery were fantastic and the chairs arrived in their 1 hour delivery slot and came with easy to follow instructions enabling us to make up each chair within 10 minutes.
