Whilst needing 4 stools, I decided just to order one so that I could check quality and suitability and avoid unnecessary costs in case I needed to return it. Ordered on Monday afternoon, arrived Wednesday lunchtime. Assembled it and immediately ordered the other three! They arrived Friday lunchtime.
They are solid and well engineered. Not the cheapest, but stylish and they should last. The packaging was exceptional and very protective.
The screws securing the seat required some effort to screw in (pilot holes would have helped) but this is perhaps just a reflection of the quality and density of the wood used for the seat.
The test of the grandchildren has still to come, but they should be up for it...Reviewed by

So glad I shopped around and found these stools. They look lovely under my breakfast bar. Love the style, solid wood, brilliant craftsmanship. Not cheap but definitely worth the money, will last a lifetime. Highly recommended.
