I ordered 8 black and 2 yellow bar stools. If these stools were a third cheaper than the price paid I would say there were excellent value for your money but for £75 each I expected more. The legs themselves look slightly cheap, I realise they are drift oak and not real oak but again for the price expected a little more.
We have only used them twice and already there are scuff marks on the wood where you rest your feet. I bought stools with legs as my old bar stools had a chrome base and I was constantly washing them. I've now already washed the foot rests so not a good start..
The colour of the seats are fine, they are matt black and a bright yellow however on the black seats you can the outline in the middle of each seat of a large circle where there is the moulding that attaches to the stool base. We have tiles on our kitchen floor and the stools made such a noise I have had to buy felt feet to put under each of them to prevent it, these should have been included.
Finally, the plastic covers to go over the screws where the foot rests are screwed into the legs are so cheap looking we decided to leave off and leave the metal screw showing as it looks better! I got taken in by all the positive reviews but this is a honest review. In summary if you buy for £50 a great buy but for £75 you should be expecting a lot more for your money!

I bought 6 of these stools to go round our kitchen island. They fit perfectly underneath with plenty of leg room when sitting down. The back gives perfect support and sitting position is really comfortable. Easy to assemble, good quality and really sturdy. Great purchase!
