Modern Seat With Arms
The comfortable padded seat is covered entirely in black faux leather, and has dynamic C-shape armrests to either side, giving further impact. The cushion and supportive backrest are detailed with buttons stitched into the surface, giving a luxurious, quilted look reminiscent of a Chesterfield style armchair.
Gas Lift Adjustable Frame
The metal frame below is plated in contrasting chrome, with a circular footrest and base complete with integrated floor guard. A gas lift mechanism provides variable height and 360 degree swivel, making access to the seat all the easier when at a bar table or bar counter.

Never bought bar stools before. Looked at local shops and, wanting a bargain, looked on the Internet. But how do you really know the quality? Reviews are ok but buyers have different expectations. There were stools that could be bought in pairs at less than I paid for one Polaris. I'm reviewing these and, although assembled, they haven't been used because the kitchen still needs other finishing touches and isn't in full use.
First impressions....delighted! Looks, and test sitting, tell me I've bought two classy, comfortable, stools. Glad I didn't go down the lowest cost route. As I said my first purchase of stools so what have I got to compare them with? That's why I've reserved the final star.
