We previously purchased from Atlantic shopping in 2012 and they were excellent then and nothing has changed. Their team responded quickly and comprehensively to a number of detailed questions and surprisingly I was dealing with a real person and not AI, that makes a pleasant change. Extra photographs were provided and whilst the Rome bar stools were at the very top end of our budget, they met all our specific requirements. Our flat is located directly by the sea and our previous chrome leg stools had started to rust in the sea air and Atlantic Shopping are one of very few companies that offer a swivel stool that also features nonrusting wooden legs.
Once we ascertained the Rome stool exactly met our requirements placing the order was simple, delivery was exactly as promised (by the excellent DPD Courier service) and assembly was straightforward.
Seeing we bought online we could not view or test the stool in advance but we were not disappointed. The quality is superb, the real leather upholstered seat is both supportive and comfortable and feels like sitting in a Rolls Royce, with the self-centring feature an added bonus. Suffice to say we are delighted with the four stools purchased that sit very happily in our seaside apartment.
