So as meet all our customers different requirements we have increased the strength, stability and in turn the longevity of all our stools by demanding that our manufacturers increase the gauge of the steel, from the British standard 1.2 Gauge steel (used by others) to 1.4 - 1.5 microns. This adds to the strength and durability of your bar stool. It also increases the weight of the stool and hence improved stability is found. - We have done this through out our entire range - even on stools, such as the Jupiter Bar Stool costing as little as £27.50.

A large majority of our designs are exclusive to us in the UK and European markets, which means they are not available from any other website or store. As a general rule, as the price of the bar stool increases we also further increase the thickness of the metal used as well as the number of welds applied to the underside of the base giving you an even stronger and more durable stool. The quality of the foam and faux / real leather used also increases as well as the overall quality of workmanship exhibited.
With all our furniture the materials we use for the faux leather is largely selected by our own buying group which allows us to provide you great quality and a wonderful array of colours. Our faux leather (PU & PVC) all conform to British Standard fire regulations and of course we only use British Standard Fire retardant Foam.

In an attempt to cut costs many unscrupulous online retailers DO NOT have their materials (faux leather - PU and PVC) conforming to British fire retardancy laws which compromises the safety of your family and home. Many competitors also attempt to make poor copies of our exclusive designs in order to cheat the customer into thinking they are getting a bargain when in fact they are getting a very low quality poorly made product that bears little resemblance to the original product we sell.
