Style, comfort and excellent after-sales service
I can't praise the after-sales service highly enough. I bought 6 stools for our new dining bar. They arrived the next day as promised and not only do they look beautiful, but they provide the comfort and support we were looking for given that we'll be using them to dine, not just for a quick breakfast. Assembling them was easy, however, there was a slight problem with 2 of them, the footrest kept sliding on one and another kept making a distracting grinding noise. I rang Atlantic and I can honestly say that this is the first time in years that I've been met with such openness and complete willingness to put things right. No tut tutting, no quibbling, no attempt to 'explain away' the problem. They initially suggested some ways that may have solved the problems, but when these didn't work they replaced the faulty goods immediately in the same fast and efficient way as the original dispatch. Such excellent after-sales service is rare these days!
