Honest review of delivery, and quality of the product
With only two working days before Xmas, I discovered the Atlantic shopping website and was amazed at the range of bar stools available, and that I could drill down to get enlarged photos and specification details.
I spoke to the customer service advisor, who was very helpful and able to confirm they could meet a next day delivery.
Delivery was following day, and they delivered exactly to specific instructions based, on what to do if I was not at home at the time of delivery.
Having seen other reviews saying that their daughter had put the stools together, I decided to leverage on that fact, and got my 24 year old daughter to assemble the two stools. She is DIY talented anyway, but even she commented on how easy it was to assemble, and also how well they were pack protected.
I would estimate that the 1st stool took about 8 minutes to assemble and the second stool was ready in less than 5 mins.
All in all, I was very happy with the service and products supplied by this company.
