Ordered stools Saturday evening and they arrived on Tuesday. Great having 1 hour delivery slot. After putting stools together, wasn't sure how to raise seat with gas lift as lifting the lever didn't work. Phoned company and was told to bounce up and down on seat with lever lifted. Success! Very happy with brushed steel finish - goes well with stainless steel in kitchen.
