The stools arrived as per your indicated time, well packed and in good order. Furthermore we are very satisfied with the product. This order started off on a bad note, but it has always been my philosophy that it is the manner that the situation is recovered and put back on track that is important. Once you had products to hand the matter was handled efficiently and the end result as regards the product was to our satisfaction.
