Great Customer Experience
As a Director of a customer focussed web technology company I am normally dismayed by either the quality of people's websites and their fulfillment services. I would like however to give some positive feedback for Atlantic. The website is easy to use with lots of features and also very good, useful content (e.g. compare, dimensions, search options, delivery information) which really helped me to narrow down my choice. The prices are also very competitive. The free next day delivery was also excellent, two hour time slot confirmed and they actually arrived within the time slot ! Overall a great end-to-end customer experience - well done !

I ordered a headboard, which was delivered just ahead of the scheduled delivery hour but at least we weren't waiting in all day which is the norm for most companies. After wandering the shops in my home town for a day and disappointed what was on offer, I took a chance on the Palermo faux leather headboard. The full purchase price was half that available locally and the product was super value for money. Would use again without hesitation.

i ordered 3 stools for my kitchen all arived exactly when they said I absolutely love them unfortunately I discovered a fault with one of the stools i contacted them regarding this and without question they were happy to replace it promptly the whole service from ordering to delivery including the faulty stool issue this company was a plesure to deal with and without hesitation i would recommend and reuse again without any hesitation. thanks.
