New Products: Luxury Wooden Bar Stools with Matching Dining Chairs

By Adrian Higgins, 20th November, 2011

There's no doubt about it; one of the most sought after furniture combinations are luxury wooden bar stools with matching dining chairs. When thinking about the overall look of any kitchen or dining space, a uniform design is often desirable, with many wishing to match the materials across their furniture for a more balanced and considered appearance. Whether a traditional breakfast bar or a modern dining room, we stock superb styles to match every interior, with a wide range of materials and finishes.

Swatches Of Wood

To help you get that all important consistency of design in your home, Atlantic Shopping have released a stylish range of matching bar stools and dining chairs, with fashionable pairings that work harmoniously together. Having already provided a taster with some of our existing product combos, we're proud to present a new range of luxury wooden bar stools with their equally stunning dining chair counterparts.

First up is the Stratos, which has a wooden four-legged frame - either in a solid oak or a rich walnut finish - with arching rear legs that curve into a tall, supportive backrest. Genuine leather upholstery delivers an undeniably opulent touch, the pairing of natural materials lending real classic character. With an equally padded seat and even higher backrest, the Torino Dining Chair matches the Stratos perfectly, displaying the same elegant lines that make the stool so popular. The beauty of both these items is their universal appeal, working well with any period of decor. (October 2014 - Please note, the Torino has been discontinued and replaced by the Carlo Dining Chair).

Next is the Presley Bar Stool and matching dining chair, exhibiting exemplary amounts of high density foam padding beneath a plush seat cushion, flanked by an equally comfortable backrest. Antiqued real leather adds to its stately personality and offers a lavish look, perched atop the classic oak or walnut finished framework. (2014 - Please note, the Presley stool and chair are no longer available and have been replaced by the Ramsay Stool and Ramsay Dining Chair).

However, if you're after a more subtle addition to you domestic bar area but still want the look of wood paired with leather, we've also released the Ios Wooden Stool. Chic and compact, the Ios stands proud on its four braced legs complete with felt pads beneath, and has a copiously padded cushion clad in numerous colours of fine grained leather. This is stitched into a segmented, quilt-like look reminiscent of vintage smoking chairs, reinforcing the feel of quality and relaxation. (2014 - Please note, the Ios has now been discontinued and replaced by the Otis Bar Stool.)
