Gas lift bar stools are among the most functional and therefore the most popular of the bar stool family, utilising an air gas filled hydraulic cylinder as an integral part of the frame. The gas lift has a valve operated via a lever below the seat, filling or emptying with gas to change its overall variable height. This allows you to raise or lower the stool, altering the height for different occupants such as small children and the elderly, whilst also rotating through 360 degrees.
