Delivery is FREE for all orders and is usually received within 1-3 working days between 9 am and 5pm Monday to Friday. However, we always endeavour to have the parcel delivered to you via next working day delivery.

Our main courier is DPD (formally known as Parceline and Interlink). DPD stands for 'Dynamic Parcel Distribution' and every parcel is dispatched using their premium next-day delivery service for you. DPD has continued to evolve, expanding its range of services whilst continually innovating to achieve industry-leading levels of service.

All deliveries to mainland UK are FREE DELIVERY. We also can deliver to the following areas where the following surcharges will apply and we are pleased to announce that there has been no delivery price increases with the new 17.5% VAT rate:-

UK Mainland - FREE for all orders

UK Offshore Islands - £8.50 Exc VAT / £9.99 Inc VAT (Including Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles & Shetland Isles)

Northern Ireland - £8.50Exc VAT / £9.99 Inc VAT

Southern Ireland & Channel Islands - 17.02 Exc VAT / £20.00 Inc VAT

On the night of dispatch DPD will email you giving you the tracking details of your parcel(s). We are pleased to announce DPD have just launched a great new system where you will be given an approximate time of when to expect your delivery. As you go through check out you will be given the option for your parcels to be delivered to a different address. Additionally, there is a shipping notes section where you can add information to help the delivery. In this section please feel free to specify a particular day for your delivery. For example you may request - "Please deliver on Friday the 16th March". Please feel free to call us on 0845 520 0000 or 0121 230 1644 to ensure that any special requests have been noted.

Please note, our couriers can not deliver to PO Box addresses.

In the unlikely event of your goods being delivered faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of the date of delivery in order for us to arrange a replacement. We do request that any faulty stools i.e. damaged seats; are not assembled in order to facilitate ease of exchange or collection. Warranties issued by the manufacturer and ourselves concerning faulty or damaged goods do not in any way exclude the statutory rights of the customer under the Sale of Goods Act. We will in turn be responsible for the shipping costs to you if the goods are faulty during this period.

We aim to deliver goods to destinations in the UK within 1 to 3 working days using our nominated courier, once they have been dispatched by ourselves. However, we cannot be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
